| Resumo | Trabalho que equaciona algumas das especificidades que afectam o diálogo entre a Literatura e o Cinema, considerando que se assume a Narratologia como eixo e ciência instrumental, capaz de estabelecer um duplo olhar. Numa primeira parte é analisado o estado da questão da adaptação cinematográfica, ponderando as dificuldades inerentes ao processo de transposição intersemiótica e caracterizando as principais tipologias da adaptação. Na segunda parte é apresentada uma investigação sobre as principais linhas de aproximação entre narrativa literária e narrativa fílmica em Vergílio Ferreira, romancista e pensador, que vislumbrou o Cinema como um Espaço do Indizível, uma dimensão etérea, (meta)física, capaz de ilustrar e imortalizar ideias e problemáticas, possibilitando a exploração e a visualização dos pensamentos mais íntimos. Entre a letra e a imagem, são analisadas, à luz de Jano, a Conta-Corrente, os seus romances e (im)possíveis contaminações cinematográficas, bem como as adaptações ao Cinema de Cântico Final e Manhã Submersa. |
| Abstract | The present work equates some of the specificities afecting the dialogue between Literature and Cinema, considering the study of the narrative is assumed as an axial and instrumental science, capable to establish a dual look . First, the state of the issue of cinematographic adaptation is analyzed, pondering the inherent difficulties to the process of inter semeiotics transposition and characterizing the main typology of the adaptation. In the second part an inquiry on the main lines of approach between literary narrative and filmic narrative in Vergílio Ferreira is presented. Novelist and thinker, who glimpsed the Cinema as a Space of the inexpressible, an ethereal dimension, (meta)physical, capable of illustrating and immortalize problematic ideas, making possible the exploratiion and visualization of the most intimate thoughts. Between letter and imagery he analises, in the light of Jano, the opposing trends, his romances and (im)possble cinematographic contaminations, as well as the film adaptations of his novels Cântico Final and Manhã Submersa. |
